Resetting your Password

How do I reset my password?

1. Go to [yourwebsite].pocketbook.tech—your website is the unique website you created during sign-up. If you've forgotten your website name, contact us at [e-mail].

2. Click on 'Forgot Your Password? Send me a password reset email' in the bottom left corner.

3. Enter the email associated with your account and click Submit

4. You'll receive an email with a link that will allow you to set up a new password.

5. Once your password has been reset, you will receive a confirmation email and you can return to the login screen to use your new password.
