Overview
Use this guide to pay your invoice through our secure guest checkout—no account creation required.
Step 1: Access Guest Payment
Guest payment is only available through the "View & Pay Invoice" link in your invoice email.
- Click the "View & Pay Invoice" link in your email
- You'll see your invoice details on the left and payment options on the right
- Select Connect Bank Account to begin
Step 2: Enter Your Account Information
- Choose whether you're connecting a Personal or Business checking or savings account
- Enter the name associated with the account
- If selecting Business, you'll also need to provide your business name
- Click Continue
Step 3: Connect Your Account with Plaid
Optional: If you've used Plaid before or want to save your information for future payments, enter your phone number before proceeding. Otherwise, select Continue as guest.
Note: Entering your phone number will display any previously linked accounts for quick selection.
Plaid offers two secure connection methods:
Option A: Instant Verification
Connect using your online banking credentials for the fastest setup.
- Find your bank using the search bar or select it from the list
- Log in through the secure Plaid window that opens
- Important: Keep this window open and don't navigate away until complete
- Your payment information will appear under "Submit Your Payment"
- Review all details and click Pay Now
If your bank isn't listed, use Manual Verification below.
Option B: Manual Verification
Connect using your routing and account numbers.
- Select Continue as guest at the bottom of the Plaid window
- Choose Manual
- Click Continue
- Enter your bank's routing number and account number
- Select Checking or Savings (must match your selection from Step 2)
- Click Continue
- Your payment information will appear under "Submit Your Payment"
- Review all details and click Pay Now
Step 4: Submit Payment
- Your payment information will appear under "Submit Your Payment"
- Review all details and click Pay Now
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with Instant Verification (login problems or difficulty with security questions), we recommend switching to Manual Verification for a smoother experience.
